Two weeks ago I got my haircut...it looked gorgeous when it was all blown out and everything but the minute I washed my hair and let it air dry it didn't look so good. I always ask for my hair to be layered and angled. The hairdresser gave me layers, but they were uneven! My friends literally looked at the back of my head and were like your hair isn't even in the back. It was so embarrassing.
And because I had the show last week and crazy rehearsals, I didn't get to get it fixed until Saturday.
And today was when everyone noticed that I got it cut (for the second time)
It's a little short for my liking but my hair grows out super quick and I wanted to be able to grow it out a little bit before prom, without having super split ends.
And no, I am still waiting for that guy to ask me to prom. I know I am a strong, independent woman who doesn't need a man, and I would normally just ask him but for once I am going to listen to my brother, because he thinks that if I ask this guy to prom, even though he said he was going to ask me, I would kill his confidence and his vibe. So I am going to listen to Peter and wait for him to ask me.
I am such a control freak and very impatient that it is really hard for me to just sit back and wait for him to ask me. But we are moving in the right direction because my friend talked to him today and he says that he wants to do something nice but that I should just bring up the subject of prom to him so it isn't awkward. Which I personally think makes it even more awkward because he knows that I know that he's planning on asking me to prom, and I know that he knows. (If that makes any sense)
I literally don't have any pants that are clean because both of our cesspools had to be pumped the other day so we are seriously backed up on wash, so I'm wearing my favorite sweater with my straight legged jeans. The burgundy in my shoes blends with my sweater because burgundy and pink go together and my shoes just add something different to the outfit!
