What a fun weekend I had with Michelle and Dominique in East Hampton!
Michelle drove us out (very slowly) Friday morning. We stopped for some pizza, and then jumped right on into the pool where we became obsessed with the inflatable swan, Roberto. (Until I kind of popped his wing....) That night we went out for dinner at Serafina's. Grabbed some fro-yo at Buddha Berry in Sag Harbor and took some gorgeous shots by the water.
We later did some night swimming in the pool and some hot tubbing. And I may or may not have fallen face first into the hot tub, bruising my legs and then getting the nickname of "Grandma" for the rest of the trip.....
Saturday morning we woke up kinda early, super excited to make some crêpes! (An East Hampton tradition!) Dominque can attest that Michelle and my creation was actually delicious, so ha Giorgia.
We later spent the whole day at Atlantic Ave beach in Amagansett. It was really nice and relaxing until some drunk college boys popped down right next to us and Michelle's parents and started flirting with the college girls behind us and started cursing like dirty sailors.
Michelle's dad told them to shut it, pretty much and then after Michelle's parents left the beach the drunk guys tried to flirt with us. But drunk guys aren't really our type...
We had a nice bbq at home Saturday night inside because of the rain. But that wasn't going to stop our intended plans to roast marshmallows! We just put chocolate bars on the bottom of a pan with marshmallows on top, baked it in the oven for 10 minutes and viola! Delicious!
We also learned I have some great dance moves....
We stayed up until the wee hours of the night watching our new Netflix show- Gilmore girls and we watched Easy A.
Sunday, we just kind of chilled at home, the weather wasn't so great. So we played some beloved board games and played some category games in the pool with Michelle's sister and her friends.
All in all, it was a great weekend. We had so much fun (minus all of my injuries and popping Roberto....) and shared so many laughs!
Michelle copied me a lot this weekend: same Vera Bradley duffel bag, same Aerie bikini, same dorm bed spread and same dance moves.
A bitter sweet ending to the weekend because this was one of the last times we will be able to hang out us three before we all embark on our next journey, college.
So sad....
But I think we are all ready!
Dominique and I got our roommates this weekend, I am slightly more excited about my situation than she is. Sorry Dominique! But it will all work out, I promise.
Now onto our outfits!
Funny thing about my dress, it is really pretty and comfortable, don't get me wrong but you can't wear a bra with it, because of how thin the material is. So *DANGER* of it getting a little nippily when its a bit nippy out. That's all I'm going to say!!
My outfit:
Dress: ASOS pink pleated maxi dress
Bracelet: Tory Burch gold logo cuff (similar)
Earrings: Tiffany pearl studs
Dominique's outfit:
Dress: Zara black and white dress
Shoes: Forever 21 black roped wedges (similar)
