Last night was slightly insane....
It was the craziest election of all time....
I was at the library being all studious until about 10:30pm when I started to watch the electoral map on Google go red and blue. Mostly red, which was extremely surprising. I was literally sweating....
As much as we were surprised that Trump was winning at about 10:30 he was probably even more shocked....
I couldn't believe that he was actually winning!
And then by 11pm he won North Carolina, midnight: Florida and then about 1 am: Pennsylvania, and that decided it all.
I was asleep by 12:30 so I didn't hear about Trump actually winning until 6:30 am this morning, but I went to bed literally giddy and laughing, saying "Oh my gosh, he could actually win this!!!"
It was crazy and honestly fun to watch, regardless if you support Trump or not.
Congrats to Trump and the Republican party on winning the presidency, the House and the Senate!
I will talk tomorrow more about the aftermath of the election and my analysis, a political science major, about the election!
Here is my "Election day" outfit, that I wore to class, because yes, I had class, unlike some of my friends and my brother who go to public universities....
Unfortunately, I was left to take photos by myself yesterday so that's why the background isn't so cute and the angles are weird, but I had to post my cute outfit!
I wore this same outfit last year, except with a different shade of red pants (lol) to school. I had some "Madame Président" duties that day, and my outfit fit accordingly!
