I had a very stressful day in the forest yesterday....
But it got a little better when I went on a selfie scavenger hunt in my FYS class and the fact that I will be going home in 7 days!
If you know me, you know I am super super competitive in all aspects of my life. Especially activities or sports.
My FYS teacher gave us a scavenger hunt of some monuments or landmarks around campus, and we had to take selfies and send them to him, and who ever sent them into him first gets a prize.
Let me just tell you, I love scavenger hunts!
My mom, grandma and I did one when we were on a cruise like 5 years ago, and we won!
We won a little trophy and everything.
It was so much fun.
So this scavenger hunt wasn't any different except it required selfies.
I ran around campus, looking like an idiot and took all these stupid photos of myself with my mouth open, that I thought I would share with you guys because I like to laugh at myself and people should laugh with me!
And it also allows me to give you a little tour of campus!
I literally sprinted around campus, so by the end of it, which I didn't win sadly, I was dripping in sweat....
So that silly scavenger hunt was probably one of the best parts of my day!
I also realized that I will be going home in a week!
7 days as of yesterday!
A couple of weeks ago I was slightly homesick and really missed my family and friends, and now I am just really excited and almost anxious with excitement to go home and see everyone!
I am so annoyed I don't get a full week off....
I get 5 days.... not cool.
That is the one thing I don't like about Wake, is the lack of days off from classes we get!
I have so much to do and so many people to see when I get home that I am literally not gonna sleep over break, and I will probably get sick....
I am calling it right now, I'm gonna get sick.
So to prevent this impending sickness I am going to continue to go to bed early, while I can, new record of 10:30pm, and continue to exercise and eat well!
